Rates
Monthly Rate
- $500 per month for Pick Up and Aftercare
- Price will be prorated accordingly for closed days and holidays
- Student absences will not be prorated or credited
- Participation is for five days a week. Your monthly fee includes minimum days.
- Payment for the full month is due the last week of the previous month
- Afternoon snack provided
Specific Days
- $25 per day for Pick Up and Aftercare
- $45 per day for Minimum Days
- All requested days for after school pick up must be requested two weeks prior
- Payment for the full month is due the last week of the previous month

Full Day Drop In
- $75 per day
- Snacks provided. Lunch provided from home
Late Pick Up:
- First 5 minutes from 5:01 p.m. to 5:05 p.m.: $1 per minute
- Beginning at 5:06 p.m.: $5 per minute
- After third time being late within 30 days: $5 per minute starting at 5:01 p.m.
No notification for non-pick up
- $25 per no show
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Parents/Caregivers must be listed as an authorized pick-up person for a child to be released from the program. In the event of last-minute changes, only text messages from the parent or guardian naming the pick-up person are allowed.
A visit/meet in person or virtually is required before pick up services may begin. This visit will help familiarize them with our environment and reinforce the importance of never getting into a vehicle with someone they do not know.
If choosing the specific days option, schedule of days needed for the full month need to received one week prior to the next month. Once schedule is confirmed and invoiced, days missed will not be credited.
Vaccination records, enrollment packet and required licensing forms (included in packet) are to be turned in before start of participation in ScienceING Time After School Program.
All fees are due in advance of the month of service. Fees are paid via the secure link on the invoice emailed. Invoices will be emailed a week before the next month. Payment is required for your child to participate in ScienceING Time After School Program. Any late fees are paid before the beginning of the following week.
Registration packet and required licensing forms will be provided after meeting us.
